Returning or exchanging unused items bought online
We hope what you receive is to your liking. In case you don’t like what you received – for which there are slim chances – we’ll exchange your purchase quickly or issue you a refund. Please send us your unused items, and we shall process the returns within 3-5 days upon receipt.
We honor returns sent to us upto 30 days from the date of receipt of the package.
To return items
- Pack your purchase into a box making sure the item is secure.
- Add your sales receipt and/or your payment details
- Close the box and seal it
We send products domestically and internationally. To receive your final price estimate, please fill in all your details during checkout.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED
If an item is faulty or damaged when it arrives, you’re within your legal rights to return it. In this case, we’ll refund you the price you paid for the item within 14 days.
Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 30 days from the shipped date to our address
We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking
To ensure proper processing, please select the appropriate Return Reason Code listed on your Return Form. In addition, please specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) on the Return Form. Upon receipt of your return, our Online Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. If you would like a replacement of the item(s), please write Exchange on the Return Form in the notes section. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
